013 Psychopathy with Dr. Lindsay Sewall

The Shift Show presents: Psychopathy with Dr. Lindsay Sewall

Zac and Lindsay discuss psychopathic offenders. What exactly makes someone a psychopath? Well, it’s a combination of many factors such as lack of empathy, impulsiveness, manipulation, and past criminal behaviour – among many others.

Lindsay also analyzes psychopaths in cinema – from Buffalo Bill’s psychotic episodes to Tony Montana’s macho, violent behaviour. Check out our latest episode!

012 Appetite for Life: The Psychology of Movement Lab with Myron Cossitt and Edward King

In our first official episode of Appetite for Life, Chantele and Kristi chat with Myron Cossitt and Edward King from Edmonton’s CrossFit Movement Lab. The duo created the business with the hopes of inspiring people to try new things in a safe environment. They encourage people to confront the things they want to change about themselves, and find that ‘self-love’.

Sound familiar? Well, that’s because that is exactly what we do at Shift!
