Andrea and Lindsay return to the Shift Show and tell Zac about their experiences at The Cult Gathering at the end of February. The Gathering is billed an Exclusive Union of the World’s Bravest Brands. Lindsay talks about some of the similarities between the different Cult Brands that were presenting at the conference in Banff. Andrea recounts the Inner Sanctum event with Afdhel Aziz, who wrote the book, “Good is the New Cool”. Afdhel was mentioning the necessity of having corporate values aligned to creating good in the world.
Every single person who works in your company is a brand ambassador. A company needs to clearly state it’s core values and hire employees that not only hold these core values in belief but also embody them through action.
